If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds. This Return and Refund Policy applies to any digital products or services purchased through our platform.

Words with initial capital letters have specific meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Digital Products refer to the digital content and services offered through the Service, such as image generation, model usage, etc.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Digital Products from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Neuen, accessible from https://neuen.ai
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days of placing it, without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date You placed the Order.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will process Your refund no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds

Since You are purchasing digital services, access to the related services will be terminated immediately upon refund. Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled or refunded in the following cases:

  • If the service has been fully delivered or provided, and You acknowledged Your waiver of the right of cancellation before the purchase was completed.
  • If the service or digital content has been accessed, used, or downloaded by You.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Gifts

If the Digital Products were marked as a gift when purchased and then delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the Digital Products were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
