This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you submit to neuen, the responses you generate, and the way you access the Service. The AI models available on neuen run on third-party infrastructure that applies its own content safeguards, so a request may be refused or blocked even where this policy does not prohibit it.
Prohibited content and activities
You must not use neuen to create, request, store or share content, or to carry out activities, that fall into any of the categories below.
Child sexual abuse material
Any content that sexualises minors, including child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving anyone under 18 and content that facilitates grooming or exploitation of children. We have zero tolerance for this and report it to the relevant authorities where required.
Non-consensual intimate content
Sexual or intimate content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent, including sexualised "deepfake" content, and sharing intimate images of a person without their consent.
Violent extremism
Promoting, glorifying, supporting, planning or recruiting for terrorism, violent extremist acts or violent extremist organisations.
Weapons of mass destruction
Help with developing, producing, acquiring or using biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons, or explosives capable of mass casualties.
Malware and intrusion
Creating or distributing malware, ransomware or other malicious code; gaining or attempting unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data; and attacking, overloading or probing for vulnerabilities in any system, including neuen, without authorisation.
Fraud, phishing and impersonation
Scams, phishing, fake documents, payment fraud and other deceptive practices, and impersonating a real person or organisation in order to deceive others.
Harassment
Threatening, harassing, bullying or intimidating people; publishing someone's private information to target them; and inciting violence or hatred against people.
Intellectual property infringement
Content or activity that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, or another person's privacy or publicity rights.
Spam
Generating or sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, and producing fake reviews or manipulating ratings, rankings or engagement.
Sanctions and export controls
Using the Service in violation of applicable sanctions or export-control laws, including on behalf of a sanctioned person.
Building competing models
Using outputs to develop, train or improve AI models that compete with a model's provider, where that provider's terms forbid it.
Other unlawful activity
Any other use that is unlawful in Hong Kong or in the place where you use the Service.
Rules for accessing the Service
You must not:
- access the Service by automated means, including scraping, bots or scripts. neuen does not offer a public API, and the app is the only supported way to use the Service;
- resell access to the Service, or share your account or login with anyone else;
- circumvent credit limits or rate limits, including by creating multiple accounts to obtain extra free credits or by exploiting errors in credit metering (please report any such error to support@neuen.ai); or
- evade or disable safety systems, including by using "jailbreak" prompts or disguised requests to obtain content this policy prohibits.
Reporting misuse
To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, email support@neuen.ai with as much detail as you can. If you are reporting suspected child sexual abuse material, describe what you found and where, but do not send us the material itself.
Enforcement
Depending on the seriousness of a breach, we may:
- refuse or stop generating a response;
- remove content;
- restrict features or apply stricter rate limits;
- suspend your account;
- terminate your account, in which case unused credits are forfeited, subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory law; and
- report the matter to law enforcement or other authorities where the law requires it or where we believe there is a serious risk of harm.
Serious breaches, such as those involving child sexual abuse material, may lead to immediate termination without notice. If you believe we have made a mistake, email support@neuen.ai and we will review the decision.
