How are credits charged?
Each reply is charged by the tokens it processes at the model's tier rate, rounded up to a whole credit. The exact cost appears under every reply.
Does Pro renew automatically?
Yes. Pro renews every month at US$20 until you cancel. The renewal date and amount are shown before you pay and on your account page.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account or by emailing support@neuen.ai. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do unused credits carry over?
Daily free credits reset at 00:00 UTC and Pro's monthly credits reset each billing period. Purchased credit packs stay on your account for 365 days.
Which currency and payment methods?
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by our payment processors; neuen never sees or stores your full card number.
